My heart is very heavy today given what happened yesterday in the Boston Marathon. Please take a moment to pray and think about all your loved ones, and all the runners/families who were affected yesterday. Today is another day, and we run to support Boston.
Congratulations to Jon, Colby, Larry, Heidi, Ben, and Joe who all ran very well yesterday! Given the situation, all the runners should be very proud of their achievements, and wear their jackets and medals with pride!
